Provide capital assistance to FTA Section 5310 program subrecipients serving seniors & individuals with disabilities. Funding from the Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Act of 2021 (CRRSA) and American Rescue Act (ARPA) was used to provide capital assistance for eligible preventive vehicle maintenance expenses including but not limited to, labor, parts and services, incurred during the period of March 20, 2020 through December 31, 2023.
