Grant description and purpose. Note to evaluator: this may be copied from the grant agreement or RFP. Our club would like to use the $25,000 grant to purchase two pieces of equipment for snowmobile trail grooming and maintenance. The first piece of equipment we wish to purchase is a steam cleaner for cleaning the groomer and drag after trail grooming to extend the life and efficiency of our existing grooming equipment. The second piece of equipment is a used 2008 New Holland tractor with attachments and parts for the tractor. This tractor would be used to brush trails and to pack the swampy parts of the trails at the beginning of the grooming season.
