Grant description and purpose. Note to evaluator: this may be copied from the grant agreement or RFP. Provide capital assistance to FTA Section 5310 program subrecipients serving seniors and individuals with disabilities. Funding from the Coronavirus Response & Relief Supplemental Act of 2021 (CRRSA) and American Rescue Act (ARPA) will be used to provide capital assistance for eligible preventive vehicle maintenance expenses including, but not limited to, labor, parts and services, incurred during the period of March 20, 2020 through December 31, 2023.
