MSA Professional Services (MSA) performed the tank removal work within the time period specified in the work order contract.
MSA conducted the tank removal and contaminated soil stockpiling work in a professional manner
MSA’s costs were reasonable, and comparable to other abandoned tank removal projects performed as part of the Petrofund Abandoned Tank Removal Program.
The tanks at this site were found to be larger than had been expected, which required removal of more concrete/disposal surface area over the tanks. In addition, a small volume of petroleum-contaminated soil was required to be excavated and stockpiled at the site, per MPCA requirements. MSA conducted all of this work in a timely, efficient and professional manner.
