MSA Professional Services (MSA) performed the tank abandonment work within the time period specified in the work order contract
MSA conducted the tank abandonment work in a professional manner
MSA’s costs were reasonable, and comparable to other abandoned tank removal projects performed as part of the Petrofund Abandoned Tank Removal Program.
The tanks at the Dee Independent Cleaners site were in close proximity to structures and utilities, making the abandonment work more problematic than on typical abandoned tank removal projects. MSA conducted the work in a systematic, timely and professional manner.
