• Work has been completed on time, although some vendor errors have needed to be corrected along the way.
• The quality of the work has met the agency’s expectations but has not exceeded them. Ideally the creative work could have been a more innovative and engaging. The project has been effective to build awareness of the laws we oversee and has drawn thousands of Minnesotan’s to DLI resources and information.
• The contractor’s cost is reasonable considering most of this project’s cost is going directly to social media advertisement costs.
• There have been a number of smaller errors with different creative work but overall the performance has been satisfactory. The biggest issue has been billing and administrative errors which have created additional workload to work through and fix.
No
• We did temporarily stop working with this vendor but recently resumed, in part because a working relationship had already been established and most of the current work is repetitive instead of new work or changes.
