The More Insight team has initiated the design of the portfolio governance as well as begun leading the development of project management capabilities and coaching for several large critical projects. Additionally they have begun the assessment of existing data and reporting capabilities that will serve as the foundation of the design and recommendations for future HRD operations in data and analytics. Most recently their work has been disrupted by the focus on COVID-19 and while that has affected their primary tasks, their flexibility and willingness to assist, along with their understanding of the organization has supported HRD in our critical role in responding to COVID-19. This proposal is a continuation of More Insight’s work on a complex, multi-year process to develop and implement a governance model for the Health Regulation Division. This project is critical to continued business operations for the division which is of strategic importance to the Health Department. More Insight was selected for the initial planning process through a competitive bid. Interruption of this plan-mid process would constitute a major disruption and re-work of what progress has already been made.
