This unique structure allowed for potential staff to connect with potential long-term care employers. This service was necessary because chronic staffing shortages in long-term care during the pandemic lead to care and safety gaps that needed immediate attention to remediate.

Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Contractor was immensely helpful and timely in their interactions with with MDH staff. Their responses were generally within a few hours and larger scale projects were completed within timeline.
