Aladtec Staffing Platform
176583
Aladtec provided us with a temporary staffing platform for direct and ancillary services staff to long-term care facilities during the covid-19 pandemic. This unique structure allowed for potential staff to connect with potential long-term care employers. This service was necessary because chronic staffing shortages in long-term care during the pandemic lead to care and safety gaps that needed immediate attention to remediate.

Contractor was immensely helpful and timely in their interactions with with MDH staff. Their responses were generally within a few hours and larger scale projects were completed within timeline.
The quality of the contractors work was exceptional. They worked in an evolving setting and worked with us on expanding program offerings in ways that they had not done before.
The cost for the service was appropriate. They allowed for us to fill well over 150,000 staff hours during a critical time.
Aladtec performed well and were flexible when we needed them due to unprecedented circumstances. They met our expectations and performed well.
