The evaluation report that the contractor was asked to complete was sent to us several months late. They were also not consistent in their email response times, and sometimes would respond late to emails or not at all. They would, however, show up to meetings on time and consistently, and attended several optional meetings which was helpful. This contractor would benefit from more frequent check-ins to manage and explain expectations and a longer time period to complete deliverables.
The evaluation report that they completed for this project was thorough, however it ended up not being as helpful for us as we had hoped--some of the recommendations that were proposed were not feasible, for example.

Overall, the contractor has been enjoyable to work with, they are professional and kind. At times, however, it was apparent that they were busy (they mentioned workforce issues at one point contributing to their delays in getting back to us), and as a result our project was put on the back burner. Overall this contractor did not take as much initiative and required frequent nudging to complete the work, to provide updates, to communicate with us, etc. And when products were finally completed, they were sent to us late, and the materials were not as helpful or applicable as we had hoped for. Had the contractor been more communicative during the contract time period, the products they developed may have been more useful.
