Evaluate the contractor's overall performance the contractor performed in a professional manner and their overall performance was very good. The administrator of the MLEP was always open and honest about issues and worked with DLI to produce solutions when needed. DLI and MLEP held regular check-in meetings to discuss the trainings and any concerns either party may have had.
