Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: The contractor will conduct quarterly sampling of 9 existing monitoring wells for VOCs, DRO, GRO, Sulfates, Nitrates, and Iron. The contractor will also oversee the advancement of eight soil borings and collect samples for soil and groundwater. analysis. Soil samples will be analyzed for PVOCs, DRO, and GRO. Groundwater samples will be analyzed for VOCs and low-level EDB. The contractor will follow the purchasing manual in selecting subcontractors for this project.
