Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: The contractor will conduct quarterly monitoring of seven monitoring wells for VOCs, DRO, GRO, and EDB. The contractor will also oversee the advancement of two soil borings and oversee the completion of the borings as additional monitoring wells. Once completed, the additional monitoring wells will also be sampled along with the existing monitoring wells. Soil samples from the borings will be submitted for laboratory analysis of DRO, GRO , and PVOCs. The contractor will use the purchasing manual to select any subcontractors.
