Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: Stantec will conduct Vapor Intrusion (VI) investigation activities and oversee drilling contractors at various sites in Minnesota. The investigation activities will evaluate the potential for vapor intrusion at MPCA closed sites and surrounding properties. Specifically, Stantec will collect analytical soil vapor samples, indoor-air samples, and/or outdoor ambient-air samples, in addition to overseeing state drilling contractors and SSDS mitigation contractors. Stantec will perform all services and/or construction as per the purchasing manual.
