Dr. Dvorkin is employed by U CARE MINN. In her previous role with the Institute of Clinical Systems Improvement (ICSI), she became the leading expert in Minnesota for health care guideline development. Since 1993, ICSI has been the sole organization conducting this work and established a rigorous process for convening, managing, and establishing these care guidelines. Dr. Dvorkin has unique implementation knowledge, experience, and expertise of these ICSI processes. She is the only person in Minnesota with this practical process implementation experience.
