Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: Braun will conduct Vapor Intrusion (VI) investigation activities at five properties surrounding the Toggery Cleaners brownfield site. The investigation activities will evaluate the potential for vapor intrusion due to detected concentrations of PCE surrounding a former drycleaner. Additionally, Braun will collect groundwater samples from existing monitoring wells surrounding the site. Specifically, Braun will collect analytical soil vapor samples, indoor-air samples, outdoor ambient-air, and groundwater samples in addition to overseeing state drilling contractors. Braun will perform all services and/or construction as per the purchasing manual.
