Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: The Clear Roads Pooled Fund Study had recently assumed responsibility for the maintenance
of the Qualified Products List (QPL). As the new custodian of the QPL, one of Clear Roads’ primary tasks was to take over the maintenance of the QPL in order to conduct testing of vendor-provided deicer product samples by a neutral third party lab, in order to verify vendor provided product specifications are accurate.
