Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Neutral. All submittals/reports were submitted in a timely manner and invoices were submitted on a regular basis. At times AECOM did not communicate effectively on concerning analytical results.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Neutral. All work was completed and the goals of the work order were accomplished. Invoices were often sent back for corrections.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Satisfied. Budget was well prepared and managed. Invoices were submitted on a regular basis.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Neutral. AECOM has achieved the goals of this project. Additional quality control of invoices by AECOM PM has been requested.
