Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: Stantec Consulting Services, Inc (Stantec) will oversee boring installation and conduct sampling of soil, groundwater, and soil vapor to determine the extent and magnitude of contamination at the site. In addition, Stantec will conduct water line permeation sampling of both the kitchen tap water and the city water main outside of the home. All subcontracted services will be procured following MPCA's contractor and subcontractor purchasing manual. Stantec will prepare a report of the findings.
