Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Contractor was on time with her work and hours. Contractor has just started completing assessments before contract was terminated by mutual consent due to factors outside of contractor's control.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Contractor was professional in the time that she provided services for DDS. She worked well with other medical contractors, adjudicators, DDS management, and other staff. Contractor was open to feedback. She exhibited that she would have the ability to review complex mental health claims with attention to accuracy.

She worked well with other medical contractors, adjudicators, DDS management, and other staff. Contractor was open to feedback.
