The traffic study completed by the consultant confirmed a road diet would be a suitable solution for this project. Once we had the ADA walk through it was determined a full reconstruct of ADA was need.

Evaluate the contractor's timeliness It met expectations until the end, when project scope changed and ran out of time on the contract which was partially MnDOT fault as reviewed options or preservation or reconstruct.

Evaluate the contractor's quality I thought their work met expectations. Project changed from cpr and mill and overlay to reconstruct ADA which led to narrowing existing corridor and storm. This project had moving parts that I felt like the team adapted to well.
