Evaluate the contractor's overall performance The MN teams request was a targeted quick assessment and an experiment for this type of targeted approach.
It took some time to help focus the consultants on the targeted work statement. The contract was ended early as the work statement objectives had been reached by the MN team. The experiment found that this type of quick focused assessment may not benefit from this type of contract.
