The technical advisory consultants were here to assist MNIT Architects with defining the right integration strategy for MES modernization. This was a short-term contract to aid in design of an approach.
The purpose was to help identify key issues, missing components, and resources that can prevent successful implementation of a modernized Medicaid Interoperability Hub solution.

This was a small, short-term contract with a schedule. This type of contact seemed to work well within the requirements.

Consultants had been punctual and attended scheduled meetings. Some of the project artifacts requests were unpunctual.
Acceptable
In the industry standard range.
The MN teams request was a targeted quick assessment and an experiment for this type of targeted approach.
It took some time to help focus the consultants on the targeted work statement. The contract was ended early as the work statement objectives had been reached by the MN team. The experiment found that this type of quick focused assessment may not benefit from this type of contract.
