Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The resource met expectations in timeliness. Their office response time was always same day, hours worked validation and billing was consistently on time, as was any incoming communication. The resource fell into our work team seamlessly. They met all of their delivery deadlines and adjusted priorities appropriately.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The contract resource quality was very good. The solutions they developed were forward thinking and met all requirements. They worked side by side with staff developers and collaborated with our business partners particularly well. Better than expected in fact. They demonstrated a high degree of technical knowledge and adaptability. We were very happy with their output and solutions, particularly with power apps.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Cost was very economical for the quality of the resource and the quality of the output.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Overall, the contract resource exceeded my expectations. They took direction well, had strong background experience in M365 modernization with Power Platform, and delivered on all of their work by the deadline. After the project, we extended his contract to provide hyper-care for developed solutions, post migration. Our business partner really appreciated the quality of his work and his one on one attention in training and documentation.
