Evaluate the contractor's overall performance The project permit was delayed by 12 weeks. At the end of the project in 2025 we tried a different Electrical power source at the lights that lead up to the Judicial plaza to the north of building. This approach took 12 weeks to which Sheehy Construction was very good to work with.
