Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) Infectious Disease Epidemiology, Prevention and Control (IDEPC) Division was grappling with the impacts of the unprecedented and overwhelming stress on its employees and ways of working. IDEPC needed a vendor to help employees acknowledge the stress, burnout, fatigue, and residual after-effects caused by the pandemic; to help them debrief these feelings; and to move forward with increased resilience, improved culture, and revamped operating systems.
