Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Exceptional. This contractor is the reason that this project got DHS out of non-compliance for PCA services in EVV and avoided all compliance issues with the Home Health Services requirement.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Excellent. This provider knows technical procurement, contracting and project management. He managed people, timelines and the overall project to success meeting every timeline after I took over overseeing him and the project in Jan 2020.
