Evaluate the contractor's timeliness No issues with timeliness.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Reports lacked quality work. Consulting firm lacked a copyright resource on staff. The agency spent a lot of time proofing and recommending better ways to document the reports. Also, a lack of consistency throughout the documents.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Contractor's cost was very reasonable.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Contractor's lack of experience in Grant making was evident in the feasibility study. A lot of extra time was spent by the business providing ways to consolidate business requirements from multiple business recipients for larger agencies. We were planning on the contractor to do this work.
