Evaluate the contractor's quality The Baker Tilly team assigned to OHE was extremely knowledgeable and professional.

Evaluate the contractor's cost per the RFP materials, we believe the cost to be very reasonable, and on par with market costs for audit services from a nationally recognized firm.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Given the very tight timeline because of the state's fiscal year end and when financial statements need to be submitted for the CAFR, along with OHE's extremely complex financial statements, Baker Tilly's ability to work through the audit engagement and deliver accurate financial statements was exceptional.
