Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Speech Therapy services are not always as timely as the facility would like at times due to our primary speech therapist that comes schedule being so busy at Lake Region.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Provider is highly skilled at Speech Therapy.

Evaluate the contractor's cost No issues.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Highly skilled therapist that has excellent knowledge with IDDSI diets and the elderly population. Nursing would like her to communicate with the units when she is going be coming to the facility versus with he in house therapy group as it is not always communicated.
