Initial Implementation of Clean Water Fund Interagency Communications Plan
AI 228642 / PRO20240158
The contractor produced content to carry out elements of the Clean Water Council’s Clean Water Fund Communications Plan. State agencies do not have the resources, and the Clean Water Council does not have the expertise for this work. The Clean Water Council recommends how to spend the Clean Water Fund (CWF). The Fund is one-third of the revenue from the dedicated sales tax created by the Clean Water, Land and Legacy Amendment to the State Constitution ratified in 2008. The Council has completed a communications plan that will articulate how the CWF provides more drinkable, fishable, and swimmable water in Minnesota. State agencies and their communications staff can help implement the plan as required by statute, but the Council requires some initial help in content development.
