JourneyBlazers moved slowly to incorporate our feedback and did not allow enough time for the MDH/MIIC project team to gather necessary approvals or complete action items that were necessary to the project.
JourneyBlazers' quality was low in that they ran inefficient meetings, did not document decisions or project plans, lacked clarity on our use cases despite many pre-project launch calls and documentation, and did not deliver the project we had contracted for.
JourneyBlazers' cost was incredibly high especially given that we did not get anything usable from the project.
Our team would not recommend using JourneyBlazers for any work. We lost considerable time in the beginning of the project because JourneyBlazers did not understand who we are or what we do. They frequently contradicted themselves and lacked clarity in almost everything they did. Our MIIC team was organized and responsive and even with pushing out the vendor led timelines, we were not able to collaborate on a usable product.

We terminated the project because JourneyBlazers could not deliver what they said they could. In the end, JourneyBlazers was wasting MDH/MIIC staff time with any additional attempts to finalize the work.
