Evaluate the contractor's timeliness 4 - The Contractor was mostly timely with invoices; at times the program administrator would send reminders. Services were provided on-time and when requested.

Evaluate the contractor's quality 4 - The Contractor is the subject matter expert on Veteran’s homelessness in Minnesota, providing state and federal funded programs to Veterans in Minnesota. The Contractor is key to the state achieving their goal of ending Veteran homelessness in Minnesota.

Evaluate the contractor's cost 4 - The Contractor provided the only Veteran specific outreach services, supports, housing navigation and housing opportunities to the most populist county in the State of Minnesota.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance 4 - The Contractor's performance was exceptional. The Contractor completed the services defined in the contract in a timely manner. The Contractor often took direction from MDVA staff during the Homeless Veteran Registry (HVR) bi-weekly meetings, connecting with Veterans who are determined in need, enrolling them into services and providing ongoing support.
