Project Supervisor - CPM Schedule Review
1049377
This was 2-year project with multiple intermediate completion dates that required an accurate and complex CPM schedule and review to meet these project deadlines. Change Orders were going to be complex and thus we want to ensure the department was adequately represented in these additional costs

CPM reviews were performed in a timely manner and written contract changes were typically returned on the same day.
CPM reviews always came back with very accurate analysis and the contractor always followed up with a phone call to explain his review reports so I could understand what he was seeing and what his comments meant. This enabled me to realize deadlines. A good example of this was a surcharge that was put in place, he was able to identify additional time built into the schedule to allow further consolidation that I and the contractor did not anticipate. Resulting in better long-term performance of this particular area of the roadway
It seems the efficiency and accuracy at how the CPM reviews and contract changes were written and turned around quickly resulted in a good cost/value benefit to the department
