Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Work was accomplished but responsiveness was lacking and not all tasks were completed with promptness. There were times that agency meeting had to be delayed due to a lack of product or response from the vendor. Ultimate end deadlines were met, but not some of the interim desires and/or needs.
