Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Due to factors outside of contractor's control, typically work related to demands in his medical practice and work at the hospital, he was not able to meet his contracted hours at times. However, when able to fulfill work, he was very diligent and able to complete work in an efficient and accurate manner.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Contractor is thorough in his medical reviews and maintained a high level of accuracy in his work. Contractor was open to feedback. Contractor was able to review complex claims and summarize there in an efficient and approachable manner. He worked well with other medical contractors, adjudicators and others.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance As stated previously, contractor was kind, knowledgeable, efficient, approachable and accurate. We did not obtain the quantity of work (reviews) desired due to previously described issues with demands in his medical practice.
