Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Contractor was always on time with her work and hours. Very diligent in completing her medical reviews in an efficient and accurate manner

Evaluate the contractor's quality Contractor is thorough in her medical reviews and maintained a high level of accuracy in her work. She was of especially great assistance in reviewing orthopedic disability medical reviews. Contractor was open to feedback. Contractor was able to review complex claims and summarize them in an efficient and approachable manner. She worked well with other medical contractors, adjudicators and others.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance As stated previously, contractor was knowledgeable, efficient, approachable and accurate. She was able to easily adapt to changes in Social Security policy and software. She was diligent in providing policy compliant reviews that aided the DDS in completing disability adjudications.
