Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Contractor generally provided responses to questions and concerns in a timely manor. However, several changes of staff during the course of the contract made for some confusion.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Work provided by the individual placement was good. CCMI required evaluations to address any issues.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Overall the performance was satisfactory. Only issue was the turnover in staff which made communication confusing at times.
