Contractor was consistently delayed in producing documentation and meeting deadlines.
Contractor produced quality work but was slow to produce it.
We did not receive the value expected for the cost of the contract.
Contractor had never produced requirements documentation apart from writing user stories. She seemed new at using Visio which is a core type of tool for a BA. She worked well with business but seemed to be new to office best practices (e.g. scheduling meetings in advance, not during lunch hour). She did not work with a sense of urgency. Requirements and user stories were left ambiguous and did not ask proper questions to get to the level of detail needed. Project struggled.

Supervisor brought up the low satisfaction level to Valere, met with Valere repeatedly to try to improve the situation. Valere suggested swapping out the resource but at the time it seemed too late to do so. Valere met with resource to try to provide guidance on work but it did not result in completed deliverables.
