Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The timeliness was fine.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The quality of the work is less than what we would get from a DNR crew, and they require considerably more oversight to keep them on track. They are similar quality to private company crews that I have worked with.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The cost is more than what we would pay if we hired the crew directly, but comparable to what we would pay for a private company crew. We do have to spend considerable money is staff time overseeing the crew.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance The crew this year was very good. They come in green and it takes awhile to train them but they were teachable and continued to show improvement.
