Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Contractor set up the project management tool in a timely manner and in very good form. With the various releases of our program updates timelines were not consistently met. In the beginning of the project, timelines were closer to being met then towards the end of the contract.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Contractor did a very good job setting up the project management tool. With the various releases of our program updates, quality of program improvements was better at the beginning of the contract versus towards the end of the contract.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Cost was reasonable and industry average.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Contractor was good to work with, great job setting up project management tool and training staff. First number of program updates were good and successful. Goals and deadlines were not consistently met. Would have liked better communication with team and greater ownership of program and updates.
