Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Very satisfied. Bay West did an excellent job with timely correspondence with the MPCA and residents, scheduling water sampling and bottled water needs for residents, and overall keeping the project on track

Evaluate the contractor's quality Very satisfied. Bay West always submits high quality reports, figures, tables, and well results letters.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Satisfied. Costs are in line with the state contract, Bay West is good with budgeting close to needs.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Very satisfied. I was very impressed with how Bay West handled shifting conditions at the site and keeping the project on track.
