MnDOT projects. Internal MnDOT design resources are difficult to get for an office as small as OAE, and hiring a consultant
designer to complete this work was necessary in order for OAE to get construction designs. This also benefits OAE and MnDOT's
mission to get more small businesses to work with MnDOT and learn the MnDOT way of doing work
