Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Over all, I am very happy with the work Leo did. I really wanted him to continue and work on modernization initiatives but we focused on performance that he was hired for.

Describe any negative action taken during the duration of this contract (i.e., termination, pursuit of suspension, etc.): No negative actions. Leo had some personal health issues that we needed to work around at times, but that did not effect his work.
