186332/PRO20220003
The contract utilized Tetra Tech to develop a technical approach to accounting for mercury sources and processes within the St. Louis River and Cloquet River major watersheds. This included compilation of existing data from numerous sources, data analysis, and utilizing this information as inputs for several models. The model outputs were then used to develop pollutant loading capacities and pollutant reduction scenarios that are/will be used to satisfy the total maximum daily load (TMDL) on mercury impaired waters within these watersheds.

Very satisfied. Tetra Tech was very responsive to providing milestone information, reports, invoicing, etc. The time extensions completed through amendments were related to the complexity of the project and the need to provide time for additional feedback and in no way related to lack of timeliness by Tetra Tech.
Very satisfied. Tetra Tech readily accepted constructive feedback on processes and products developed under the project and incorporated that information into their contract deliverables.
Satisfied. The change in contract amount (increased by $ 50,000) was to refine one of the existing tasks in the contract.
Very satisfied. Tetra Tech is a national leader on the work performed. They were very responsive to any questions, concerns, and were receptive to constructive feedback throughout the contract. The complexity of the project and time needed for MPCA and the technical advisory team to review and provide feedback all contributed to the minor revisions and time extensions that were utilized as part of the contract.
