The purposes of the community of practice are to improve treatment outcomes for individuals with substance use disorders and reduce disparities by using evidence-based and best practices through peer-to-peer and person-to-provider sharing.

Evaluate the contractor's timeliness HMA consistently met all contractual deadlines and completed deliverables within specified timeframes. The contractor demonstrated reliable administrative management of tasks and deliverables, including appropriate follow-up and follow-through on project requirements.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The quality of HMA's written reports did not fully meet expectations in terms of comprehensive research depth and actionable recommendations. The contractor's facilitation and engagement approach with Community of Practice participants required enhancement to achieve optimal meeting effectiveness.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance HMA's overall performance for a first-time community of practice of this kind in Minnesota was sufficient. HMA was not awarded the renewed contract.
