Terracon will also prepare bidding forms and specifications for the excavation project, prepare specifications for a Minnesota DNR property survey, and conduct a pre-bid meeting once the project goes out for bid. No services will be subcontracted in this work order. Terracon will be providing the MPCA deliverables throughout the work order contract period.
