Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Ryan was a quick worker and met deadlines.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Ryan wrote quality code, He contributed substantially to framework upgrades and was a valuable member of the team. So much so, that we hired him as a MNIT employee in the middle of his contract.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Although Ryan was our most expensive contractor he was also our most productive.
