Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Anusha provided timely completion of code improvements assigned to her. She was online during work hours and contributed regularly to scheduled meetings.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Anusha was a good developer - not a superstar - but adequate to create the changes we needed in an appropriate amount of time.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Her cost was commensurate with the quality and complexity of her work. Other more senior contractors took on much more substantial work projects (e.g. framework updates) but also received a higher compensation.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Good. She started a little slow. In fact I had to interact with her vendor to ask them to do internal training to get her up to speed when she could not do some basic tasks. But she got up to speed and was an adequate developer.

Would you engage the contractor's services again? Yes

Describe any negative action taken during the duration of this contract (i.e., termination, pursuit of suspension, etc.): I did have to contact her vendor to explain that we were close to letting her go, early in the contract. She subsequently got up to speed.
