If this was a single source contract, explain why the agency determined there was only a single source for the services (if applicable) The Office of Medicaid Medical Director reached out directly to multiple vendors to submit proposals for this project but there was not a formal RFP process because of the 16C exemption granted by the legislative language. Of the vendors contacted, only two responded and both were ultimately selected after a review of proposals.
