Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Very satisfied. All site work was completed in a timely manner and invoices were submitted on a regular basis.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Very satisfied. The goals of the work order were accomplished. Terracon kept the project team updated and followed up with emails and phone calls when needed. Some work was not able to be completed due to time constraints, however, this couldn’t have been anticipated and was out of the contractor’s control.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Satisfied. Budget was well prepared and managed. Invoices were submitted on a regular basis. Some work was not able to be completed due to time constraints, however, this couldn’t have been anticipated.
