Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: WCEC will oversee the event-driven replacement of granular activated carbon (GAC) vessels at two residences. WCEC will oversee the installation of two monitoring wells and up to six soil borings at properties surrounding the Grub & Pub site. WCEC will conduct groundwater monitoring of the monitoring well network and offsite supply wells. WCEC will provide updated receptor notifications, prepare a Monitoring Report summarizing all data collected and prepare a pilot test work plan. All subcontractors will be procured using MPCA's Contractor & Subcontracting purchasing manual.
